It has always been my feeling that most people know what they are doing with
all their success even though they choose to stay in their comfort zone and
continue to be young people. Choose today to change your daily habits and
direction and watch your whole life change.

APPEARANCE-Health and Fitness
This is the first practice you have to accept. Go and start by thinking about
the person you want to be. What does your body look like? How does your body
feel? Imagine being disciplined every day for these new habits. Remember . . .
it all starts in your mind. Insert a picture of your life that you want to keep
in mind every day. Spend a few minutes every morning and evening imagining your
goals for health and fitness and watching for a change!
GOOD SIGNS-Health and Fitness
the following practice points to a specific affirmation consistent with your
point of view. I am healthy! I am physically and mentally strong! I have
world-class health! Think about what you want your life and your strength to
be and start creating positive assurances. These guarantees should be a
constant companion with you throughout your day. This practice alone will
change your whole mind and your overall success.
SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING-Health and Fitness
The next practice involves rearranging your unconscious mind. The reason you
are dealing with your current life is because of what your mind believes. Now
. . . you have to remember that you have the power to organize your mind so
that you can believe whatever you want to see reflected in your life. If you
are not in good shape and unhealthy . . . this is because you believe in the
current picture. Change the image of your life and you will begin to see a
meaningful change.
10,000 STEPS-Health and Fitness
The 4th practice is . . . move your body. Seeing and learning good credentials
are part of the process. You have to move your body first and then everything
else will take care of itself. This practice is very simple . . . start
walking 10,000 steps each day. I did not say run or run 5 miles . . . just
start tracking your steps and get 10,000 steps each day. This is a good
practice to embrace and will definitely help you in your health
transformation.
AB WHEEL-Health and Fitness
I was introduced to this equipment during my short time as a fitness trainer.
I remember arriving at work one day and seeing a member who was downstairs
breathing and dripping with sweat. I asked him what he was doing . . . squats,
deadlifts, or great cardio. He informed me that the exercise he had completed
was a cardio exercise although it was also good for abs and the entire upper
body. Get a wheel ab and start by doing a few repetitions each day. When you
knock about 50 times a day your stomach will feel bigger.
JUMPING ROPE-Health and Fitness
This is a good exercise to strengthen your legs, upper body, and inside. I
would encourage you to set daily goals for jumping rope. Jumping for 15 or 20
minutes a day will do more for your fitness and health than other cardio
exercises. Do reliable work with a jump rope and be prepared to increase
strength and durability.
Weight training-Health and Fitness
I really am a supporter of weight training for life and health. Weight
training will build muscle mass and strengthen your skeletal system if you
adhere to this practice. I can start with some basic movements to engage with
your whole body and progress as you become more comfortable with the program.
Please do not enter the 400-pound squats and the 300-pound bench press. Take
your time and add a little more to the bar. Shoot 2 sets of 10 repetitions for
each test. And. . . keep in mind the progress of each exercise and add
repetition to each set or add weight to the bar.
COMPOUND MOVEMENTS-Health and Fitness
We recently discussed the importance of weight training. Now. . . let’s talk
about some exercise to get your big money in the gym. Combined movements or
several combined movements will be very beneficial for your strength and
stamina. A large range of integrated movements to begin with includes squats,
deadlifts, pull-ups, heavy dips, shoulder blades, shrugs, straight bar curls,
and pullovers. This movement will stimulate the whole body and you will start
to feel really strong.
MEDITATION-Health and Fitness
The next practice is daily meditation. Before going to bed or every morning
before starting your day. . . spend 15 to 30 minutes focusing on your breath
and the new image you have. Visualize the scene as you approach it. Don’t just
seek health change. . . “know” there is a change in your whole life and
fitness. Focus on your breathing. . . 1-3-2 measures you should keep in mind.
Drag a certain number of seconds. . . let’s say 10 seconds. . . hold that air
for 30 seconds. . . exhale for 20 seconds. As you practice this breathing
technique, see and feel the change throughout your life.
EFFORT-Health and Fitness
This practice is essential for the transformation of your body. You need a lot
of effort to achieve your goals of fitness and health. Actually. . . you need
a lot of effort to achieve any goal. So start today to assess your level of
effort and commit to increasing this effort as you continue your journey of
resilience.
“ANT THEORY”-Health and Fitness
This is a good practice. . . the introduction of “ant theory.” What is the
ant’s view you can ask? All right. . How long does the ant stay active? Until!
Until what? Until they complete the task or even die! Start today to embrace
the ant view throughout your journey. Keep applying these daily routines to
“come” to success! Failure is not an option!
PUSH-UPS-Health and Fitness
This exercise will give you more energy for your body than any other exercise.
Your entire upper body will be stimulated during this movement. Now decide
when to push the floor. . . in the morning? …. in the evening? . . during your
lunch break? It doesn’t matter as long as you keep up the good work. Start by
doing as much as you can and then insert as few repetitions as often as
possible. Keep your arms close to your body and back straight. Touch your
chest down and push your body in the first place. It’s very simple. . . or not
so easy after a few hundred.
POWER SPRINTS-Health and Fitness
I started making power sprints a few years ago with good results. Basically. .
. I was walking around in the morning and decided that I would do some sprints
after I left. Yes, while I was walking I decided to run a few hundred yards
and walk. . . run a few hundred yards and walk. I kept the same running
process and walked for about thirty minutes. I must say when I finished
walking and running my legs were burnt and my lungs were burning. Do an honest
job this way and you will definitely see some magical effects.
GREEN TEA-Health and Fitness
Let’s talk a little bit about food. I start each day with a nice cup of green
tea. Antioxidants are powerful healers and do not have the same amount of
caffeine as a cup of coffee. You will start your day with a powerful
vibration. I hope so. . . a few weeks of green tea and you will feel like a
million dollars!
ALMONDS-Health and Fitness
Eating almonds regularly is a good habit for your health and fitness. As a
class teacher, I allowed my students to eat only almonds and drink water in
the classroom. Students always want to eat in class so I agree to a few terms.
. . only almonds and water! I know they did not see the good benefits of
eating almonds at the time even though I hope, I planted a few seeds of
healthy living for their future.
WATER-Health and Fitness
Drink water! I urge you to stay away from sugar and carbonated beverages. As
you stay hydrated, your brain function improves and all other biological
systems improve. How much should you drink? I would say that a good rule of
thumb is to drink as often as possible. This particular practice will have a
profound effect on your physical health and fitness.
FRUITS AND VEGGIES-Health and Fitness
Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. If you have access to a blender
or juicer you can easily access your daily services of fruits and vegetables
for the day. Brightly colored vegetables are better! Make it a habit to eat
snacks throughout the day and add a few vegetables to each meal. Your body
will be full of energy and vitality.
‘PUSH THE TRUCK’-Health and Fitness
I got this job or move a few years ago with a friend of mine. We had finished
training hard and decided it would be “FUN” to push his truck into the parking
lot to exhaust our bodies. All right. . . it worked! We could not even walk
when we finished. My friend would get in his truck and steer and push the
truck as far as possible. Occasionally he applied the brakes to gain more
resistance, which I explained to him was unnecessary. Good exercise if you
have a friend who will help you.
‘FLIP THE TIRE “-Health and Fitness
Exercise 19 is one of the best exercises for your strength and stamina. This
can be a very large movement of overall body strength. All the muscles will be
involved and your heart system will be crying out for relief. You will need to
protect a large tractor wheel and find an open space or your own road. Flip
the tire a few hundred meters and you will surely see and feel the change.
JUMPING JACKETS-Health and Fitness
This organization everyone knows in the physical education class. It is a very
simple task even though the results are great. Make it a practice to knock a
few hundred times each time you go to your bathroom. You will be amazed at the
results. Your legs, arms, and spine will be exhausted from this movement.
HINDU SQUATS-Health and Fitness
Exercise 13 will help strengthen your lower body and your body. Hindu squats
are basically squares that weigh less. I would encourage you to go to
