Eight(8) Ways to Grow Your HAIR Faster

It is a well-known fact of life: Girls often change their hair. They grow it for years, just to see that they want their hair to be short. After a week of short hair, they realize they miss their long hair and start the cycle again. In fact, in today’s world of “Justin Bieber Hairstyle,” most boys are trying to grow their hair faster.

Yes, personally, my hair is still recovering from improper haircuts. It was carved in mullet and never recovered completely. Because I want to grow my hair very fast, just like you, and I get sick of applying for my extensions every day, I will teach you ways that will officially help your hair grow faster.

01. Try to Make Your Hair Safe

The first thing you can do to help grow your hair faster is to eliminate the sources of damage. Just so you know, I’m the queen * of damaged hair. I can’t even count how many times I’ve styled my hair black, just washed it back to a platinum blonde again, back and forth.

The last time I dyed my platinum blonde hair, I committed to keeping it that way. I try to walk as long as possible between the hair colors to give it time to cool down. People always ask me how my hair is healthy, soft, and shiny, even though I clean it. I always repeat it between the colors. I like It’s a 10 Miracle Hair Masque.

When I’m at home, I do my chores, put conditioner on my hair, put in a plastic bag, and leave. Sometimes, I will sleep with her in my hair. I also try to keep my use of flat-iron minimal. If you iron your iron daily, use a protective spray/reservoir, such as HealthySexyHair “Soya Want Flat Hair Flat Iron Spray”, which soothes your hair with protein as you use it. I also use a protein shampoo/conditioner often. Dumb Blonde by Bedhead is my favorite.

Remember that your hair needs more than just protein. I live in Nevada, where it usually has a moisture content of 0%, so every once in a while I use Moisturizing Shampoo. My favorite is Bedhead Urban Antidotes Recovery Level 2. To learn more about keeping curled hair healthy, click here. You will never be able to grow your hair faster if you create a constant breakage. Okay, now that we understand how important it is to keep your hair healthy …

02. Cut Your Hair Every Six Weeks

Most people do not think that cutting your hair will help you grow faster. And yet, it does not make it grow faster, it will release split ends, which can lead to shorter hair. The best metaphor I have ever heard, to think of your hair like a piece of string. When the thread starts to twist, you must burn the cut piece, otherwise, it will continue to soften up to the top of the thread. If you split them up, and don’t cut them, they can still split your hair, causing it to break. Breaking means short hair. We will not have that if we try to grow it faster.

You don’t need to cut a lot of hair. Just make sure you express your hair stack that you only want to cut the tips of your hair because you are trying to grow them, and you want the parting ends to be cut. And be sure to let them know not to cut more than a quarter/half-inch. The better the connection you give to someone who uses your style, the better they will understand what you want and give it to you.

03. Take vitamins

You probably always hear that birth vitamins make your hair grow faster. I have researched that topic in the past, and it turns out that the amount of hormones produced during pregnancy is what makes your hair grow, not the vitamins you give birth to.

Here is a hair lesson: For normal people, at any given time, 90% of their hair is in the growth stage, and the other 10% is in the resting phase. That is why your hair grows unevenly after a haircut. After the resting phase, your hair conditioner prepares for a breakup phase. It is common for anyone to lose 50-100 hair strands a day.

The increased levels of estrogen present in pregnant women cause ALL your hair to remain in the growing stage. Therefore, you do not lose hair (which gives the impression that your hair is growing fast). Hair texture and color have also been observed to change during pregnancy. Now, remember, before you rush into pregnancy, that pregnant women lose a ton of hair after having a baby. This is because estrogen levels fall back to normal, and they shed all the hair they did not lose during pregnancy.

So even though the vitamins you give birth can get pregnant, other vitamins help your hair grow faster. B-complex-rich vitamins are known to help your hair grow longer. Vitamin B-complex contains biotin, folic acid, and inositol which help to speed up your hair growth cycle faster than ever before. There is even a vitamin B-complex shampoo that is said to help your hair grow faster. It is said that flaxseed oil, vitamin E, and vitamin A all help to grow your hair faster. I have used Vitamin Nioxin for hair growth, and “hair, skin and nail” pills, and I have seen good results with both.

04. Remove substances that interfere with hair growth

Remember, everything you put in your body comes out of your hair. Different types of medications create different reactions to your hair. Sometimes, the treatment will make the color or clearance not take, and some can cause your hair to fall out. Your hair will not grow back if you lose hair. The most common types of hair loss medications are Acne, antimicrobials, anti-depressants, birth control pills, anti-retroviral drugs, lowering cholesterol, antidepressant drugs, epilepsy, breast cancer drugs, antiretroviral drugs, hormones. replacement, emotional stimulants, steroids, weight-loss drugs, and thyroid medications. It depends on the degree you are taking and how much you feel about them. I don’t know much about the health sector, so I recommend talking to your doctor about what you are taking.

Now drugs are a difficult thing to deal with because many of us need our drugs. But one thing to keep in mind is that if you are unhealthy, so is your hair. Eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, not smoking/drinking alcohol all play a role in hair growth.

Another major problem is stress. Stress can do a lot of horrible things to your body but it can also cause hair loss. It’s easier said than done sometimes, but try to stress if you want your hair to grow faster.

05. Stimulate your scalp

There is an old saying that if you brush your hair 100 times every night before you go to bed, it will make your hair grow faster. That is not only true but brushing your hair is bad for your hair. The bristles are held in place by small fences and often tear the hair, making our enemy: split. When your hair is wet, you should comb it with a wide toothbrush to help eliminate breakage.

There is something called “Scientific Brushing” which is said to help grow hair faster though. You must use a natural bristle brush and remember, you are rubbing it on your head, not your hair. Brush around your hair first, then brush in 1/2 inch sections throughout your skin. When brushing, make a moving motion. Bristles stimulate and bring blood flow to your scalp, encouraging hair to grow faster. Do this before washing your hair. I can also comb it first to make sure there are no tangles. Scientific brushing can also help with dandruff.

When you wash your hair, really rub your head. This does the same thing as scientific brushing. Sometimes, it is even better to brush your hair twice to get a better strand. I’m going to spend a few minutes rubbing your head. Not only does it help, but it also feels great!

06. Nioxin / Invati

Working in the hair industry, I have heard many good things about Nioxin. I had one client who directly told me that it was weird because the hair was growing so fast, and it was growing back. He could not figure out why it was growing. I asked him what he was using. He said “Nioxin”. I told her that Nioxin was designed to make your hair grow and she didn’t know that either. He is now imprisoned for life. He’ll buy another bottle before it runs out, so he doesn’t have to go without it. It works by removing toxins from your bag, removing and reducing toxins, cleaning pores, and reducing skin inflammation. It also cleanses the hormones in the hair follicles causing male pattern baldness.

It is a controversial topic as to whether Nioxin works or not to make hair grow faster. The answer works differently for everyone. I’ve heard people say they’ve spent months and months without seeing the difference. I know people who swear by it. It is not known whether it makes your hair grow faster or stops hair loss.

Either way, I believe it works, and the fact that it keeps your scalp healthy, won’t hurt you. I know that good results are seen when using a cleanser, scalp therapy conditioner, and scalp treatment (which you spray after taking a shower). I recommend a startup kit like this. I also know that it takes a few months to start seeing the visible results. I’ve heard people say they think Nioxin dries their hair, but my own thing is that it makes my hair feel very soft and watery when I use it.

Yesterday, it was brought to my attention that there is a new product like Nioxin, made by Aveda, called Invati. I can’t tell you anything about it, but it should work well, and Aveda is a trustworthy name, so I would expect it to be good.

07. Eat more protein to Grow Hair Faster

I know someone who gets a real bowel movement soon. Doctors have told her that she needs to eat a lot of protein before and after surgery. The doctor told her that all the extra protein would make her hair grow faster. It makes sense, doesn’t it? Hair is made up of 80% protein. If your body does not get enough protein, you may not have enough to supply your hair follicles, so your hair will grow slowly.

08. Rogaine

If all else fails, Rogaine is always there. Rogaine is the only FDA-approved treatment drug on sale that ensures your hair grows faster. Minoxidil is an active ingredient in Rogaine, and its effectiveness is uncertain. Originally it was a drug used to treat high blood pressure, but it turns out that it works better in growing hair than keeping blood pressure low. A 16-week study showed that 85% of people who use it respond well to new hair growth. Only side effects were reported, including scalp irritation and bruising. I say it’s worth a shot!
