Depression in 6 minutes reading

I am surrounded by people from all walks of life who suffer from depression in one way or another. Anger, inability to control your emotions, frustration in any situation, inability to deal with people the way you like, a little slipping into your shell, etc. . others present themselves well in public but who cannot wear that veil when alone. No one knows the real cause of depression in adolescents or adults, however, we do know that this name exists and the symptoms are sometimes very hidden. We’ve seen great celebrities around the world go through depression and get out of it OR some just get overwhelmed by it.

To name a few who are known to suffer from Depression in Tinsel town- Deepika Padukone, Manisha Koirala, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Anushka Sharma, Angelina Jolie, Lady Gaga, Late Robin Williams (our beloved growing comedian), good hunk Owen Wilson, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Princess Diana (the world’s favorite princess), and many more …

As a kid, I was very outgoing and very comfortable with my friends, doing all the crazy things that all the kids my age did, but that all changed when I went to Co-Ed law school. I won’t say anything here, but the fact remains that I know my personality is completely different as I came from that institution. I became a girl with the problem of not looking good than someone with a completely normal personality (looking at me now, you wouldn’t feel the same, however, I went through that stage of regret and hardship that almost every teenager goes through).

This has actually ruled my personality for most of my life, however, a different place from people and cities has changed that over time. Today, I am a different person and very happy with the way life has turned out. Had I overreacted to the situation at the time OR felt like I was out of work (even though I thought I was) or out of my pocket, that would have been called Depression? Should I have taken my own life in this situation? I doubt that will either be the answer for anyone who wants to hear it.

We all go through different types of #Depression in our lives-

Marital Stress- Married in a marriage that is traumatic or even traumatic, mentally and emotionally, can lead to depression. Not being able to give an opinion to your partner or in-laws, may provide a way to reduce stress. It comes in slowly and you will spend hours frustrated and crying, but you need to be strong to see it and learn about it well. If you have this tendency, don’t worry. There is a way to manage this well and it is best to seek help. You are a child if your gift is great, no matter what. She is a special woman who gave birth to the most wonderful gift in Nature.

Breaking the Law

It’s really weird, however, at some point, I’ve noticed that people who are overworked with everything are also slowly getting into Depression. They see things very badly and even if there is a positive outcome they come out with a negative side to them. They can cry about everything around them and, at some point, I realize that this is also a way of depression. Why do you ask? Yes, if you do not see happiness in the small things in life, that will lead to a form of depression that will eventually wear off.

Failure:

This is probably the GREATEST way to deal with stress that afflicts and destroys young people more than anyone else. Fear of failure or fear of losing or being rejected can also lead to depression. This is probably the most difficult to understand for an average person because you have never experienced it, you would never know about it. We cannot afford to ignore this form of depression as it has the highest suicide rate in the world.

An estimated 800,000 people commit suicide each year around the world, out of 135,000 (17%) of India’s population, a population of 17.5% worldwide. Between 1987 and 2007, the suicide rate rose from 7.9 to 10.3 of 100,000, and more suicide rates in the southern and eastern provinces of India (Courtesy Wikipedia) The pressure children of today face, with the form of education or after-school activities or peer pressure, etc.

Makes it harder for some children to deal with this and eventually ends up in Depression. Depression can play havoc in many ways, leading you to take drastic measures to eliminate it – such as suicide, drug/drug abuse, external factors, and much more.
